How do I cancel my subscription?
In Billing (/app/billing), click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
You can cancel at any time from your account. There is no need to email anyone or wait for approval.
Steps to cancel
- Sign in and open the Billing page at /app/billing.
- Click Manage billing. This opens the secure Stripe customer portal.
- Choose to cancel your plan and confirm.
What happens after you cancel
Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Until then you can keep using your AI models, generating photos with your remaining credits and downloading your work. After that date you will not be charged again.
If you would rather pay less instead of leaving, you can switch to a cheaper plan or to yearly billing from the plan table on the Billing page (Switch plans). If anything goes wrong, contact us via the Contact page (/contact).
