Terms of Service

1. Who can use Lumipose

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

2. Your photos and consent

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you explicit permission to create AI images of them. By uploading photos you confirm you have that right and consent.

• Never upload photos of minors.
• Never upload photos of someone without their explicit consent, including public figures and celebrities.

3. What you may not create

• Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content.
• Content that impersonates, deceives or misleads others about a real person, including deepfakes presented as real.
• Harassment, hate, violence, or content that is illegal or infringes anyone's rights.

We may remove content, refuse service or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

4. Ownership and licenses

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and, as between you and us, of the images and videos you generate. You give us a limited license to store and process your content only to provide the Service to you, for example to train your private model and generate your photos. Content you choose to share on the Community page may be shown publicly until you unshare it.

Commercial use of generated content is included on the Pro plan and above. On the Starter plan generated content is for personal use only.

5. AI output

Generated content is created by AI models and may be inaccurate or imperfect. Results are not guaranteed to look exactly like you. You're responsible for how you use what you generate.

6. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Each billing period adds the credits included in your plan. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact us via our Contact page (/contact).

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently deletes your models, photos and generated content. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
