How do I make AI couple photos?
Train a model for each person, generate a good solo photo of each, then use Combine Photos (Max plan and above) to merge them into one picture.
Each Lumipose model is trained on one person, so a couple photo is made in two stages: first create great solo photos of each of you, then merge them.
Step 1: Train a model for each person
Upload 10-30 photos of each partner and train a separate AI model for each. Starter includes 1 model, Pro 3, Max 10 and Ultra 50, so on Pro and above you can keep both under one account.
Step 2: Generate solo photos
Generate photos of each person in a matching style, for example both in formal wear or both at the beach. Similar lighting, framing and setting make the final merge look more natural.
Step 3: Combine the photos
On the Max plan and above, open Combine Photos, pick one photo of each person and describe the scene you want, such as the two of you standing together at sunset. Combining costs 2 credits.
Tips for a better result
- Start with two sharp, well-lit solo photos where the face is clearly visible.
- Choose photos with similar camera angles and lighting.
- Expect to try a few times. Merging two people is harder than a single portrait, and the best results come from strong source photos.
