How do I cancel my subscription?
In Billing (/app/billing), click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How does Lumipose's AI photo & video generator work?
Upload 10-30 photos of yourself, we train a private AI model of you in about 15-25 minutes, then you generate photos and videos of yourself in any scene.
How do I make AI couple photos?
Train a model for each person, generate a good solo photo of each, then use Combine Photos (Max plan and above) to merge them into one picture.
Combine photos with AI — merge people into one photo
Combine Photos (Max plan and above) merges two photos into one new image, such as two people in a single scene. It costs 2 credits per result.
Are there discounts or coupon codes?
There is no standing coupon program. The main way to save is yearly billing: about 6+ months free on Starter, ~5 on Pro and ~6 on Max and Ultra.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case; send one via the Contact page (/contact). Credits for failed jobs are always refunded automatically.
How much does it cost to generate, and how do credits work?
A photo costs 1 credit, Remix 1, most photo tools 2, a 5-second video 10 and Crop 0. Each plan adds monthly credits; failed jobs are refunded.

I cancelled but am still being charged
In Billing → Manage billing (Stripe portal), confirm your plan shows as cancelled and review invoices. If a charge still looks wrong, use the Contact page.

Can I delete my data?
Yes. Delete photos and AI models yourself, or your whole account in Settings → Delete account. Training photos and trained weights are deleted too.

Four plans: Starter $19/mo, Pro $49/mo, Max $99/mo and Ultra $199/mo, or less with yearly billing. Each adds credits, AI models and features.
How to take a batch of photos with multiple prompts
Photo packs run many prompts in one go. How many photos generate at once depends on your plan: 1 on Starter, 4 on Pro, 8 on Max, 16 on Ultra.
Try on clothes with Lumipose
On Max and above, virtual try-on puts a garment from a photo onto a photo of you. It uses IDM-VTON and costs 2 credits per result.
What AI model do you use?
Your personal model is a FLUX.1-dev LoRA. Edits use FLUX.1 Kontext, zoom out FLUX Fill, videos Seedance, upscaling Real-ESRGAN and try-on IDM-VTON.
What type of photos should I upload to create an AI model?
Upload 10-30 clear photos of just you, with varied angles, expressions, outfits and backgrounds. Avoid group shots, sunglasses, hats, filters and blur.
Uncrop and expand images with Zoom Out
Zoom Out (Max and above) extends a photo beyond its edges using FLUX Fill outpainting, revealing more of the scene. It costs 2 credits.
How much will my AI photos look like me?
Likeness depends mostly on your training photos, and on your plan's quality tier: low on Starter, medium on Pro, high on Max and ultra on Ultra.
How to edit your photos with AI
On Max and above, describe a change in plain words and FLUX.1 Kontext applies it to your photo. Each edit costs 2 credits.
I can't log in
Sign in with your email and password. Activate your account via the emailed link, reset a forgotten password, or use the Contact page if it still fails.
How to relight your photos with AI
Relight (Max and above) changes the lighting of a photo, from golden hour to studio light, with a short description. It costs 2 credits.
Can I use Lumipose photos commercially?
Yes, on Pro, Max and Ultra. These plans include a commercial use license. The Starter plan is for personal use only.
How long does it take to create my AI model?
Training an AI model on 10-30 selfies takes about 15-25 minutes. You can close the page while it runs; your 48 free photos follow when it finishes.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Contact us via the Contact page (/contact). Describe what happened and the steps to reproduce it, and include screenshots if you can.
How to take photos with multiple people in them
Train a separate model per person, generate solo photos of each, then merge them with Combine Photos on the Max plan or higher.
Will my AI photos have artifacts?
Sometimes. Most photos look natural, but AI can still get hands, text or small details wrong. Generate a few and keep the best, or fix them with edits.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. You can pay by card, and with wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay where they are available.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Use Switch plans on the Billing page (/app/billing) to change plans or move between monthly and yearly. Changes are prorated and charged right away.
