How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Contact us via the Contact page (/contact). Describe what happened and the steps to reproduce it, and include screenshots if you can.
We appreciate every bug report and idea. They help us improve Lumipose for everyone.
Reporting a bug
Contact us via the Contact page (/contact) and include:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead, including any error message.
- The steps to reproduce the problem.
- Your browser and device, plus screenshots if possible.
Requesting a feature
Use the Contact page as well and tell us what you would like to see and how you would use it. Concrete examples help us understand the need.
Note that if a generation job fails, the credits are refunded automatically, so you do not need to report that to get them back.
