Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, name (optional) and a securely hashed password.
• Photos you upload to train your model, and the photos and videos you generate or import.
• Your private AI model: a set of model weights trained on your photos so it can generate images of you.
• Billing data: your plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
• Technical data needed to run the Service, such as a session cookie that keeps you signed in.

How we use it

We use your data only to run the Service: to train your private model, generate your photos, process payments, send account emails (activation, password reset, billing) and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos or your model to train models for anyone else.

Service providers

We rely on a few providers that process data on our behalf:

• Replicate — trains your model and runs image and video generation.
• Our payment provider (Stripe) — subscriptions and payments.
• Mailtrap — sends account emails.
• Our hosting and network providers — store the Service's data and deliver the website.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting a model deletes its training photos and the trained model weights. Deleting a photo removes it from your gallery and the Community page. Deleting your account in Settings permanently deletes your models, model weights, photos and account data. Photos sent to an AI provider for processing are deleted by that provider shortly after the job finishes.

Community sharing

Photos are private by default. A photo appears on the public Community page only if you choose to share it, and you can unshare it at any time. Anyone can report a shared photo; reported photos may be hidden until reviewed.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's session storage to remember small preferences such as a dismissed banner. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to certain processing. You can delete photos, AI models or your whole account yourself in the app (Settings → Delete account at /app/settings), or contact us via our Contact page (/contact) to exercise any of these rights.

Children

Lumipose is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors must never be uploaded.
